Designed by Dennis Pasternak
ITC Stylus is a typeface designed for use in architectural design settings. In fact, it was originally commissioned by a client of Galápagos Design Groups for use in an architectural drawing CAD package. Although ITC Stylus is based on contemporary and historical examples of freehand lettering, it was created entirely in the digital medium. It was drawn, digitized, and designed on-screen using Galápagos design software.
A highly readable script, which stands up well to extended text use, ITC Stylus incorporates the warmth and informality evident in many designs of Dennis' growing body of work. With a regular and bold form, this design works equally well at text and display sizes, and is appropriate for use anywhere that a crisp, readable, friendly typeface is called for.
